Great staff. Nice spacy apartment with a great view to the mountains. Canazei is a super town for hiking in the mountains in the summer. Has my highest recommendation!
There could have been an oven in the kitchen.

Very nice people
The hotel is very, very far from skilift - and no bus Also very badly insulated- so you can hear what everybody is doing

We had a great city break experience with perfect skiing slopes that were just a few minutes away. The location was very convenient for reaching the town center and other great restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds. The facilities in the hotel were also impeccable. Our favorite one was the small swimming pool, which was great to relax after a day on the slopes.
We had two complaints about the hotel. First, the apartment wasn't well-heated, and we would have loved to have a heater for our ski boots.

Great value for money, convenient spa facilities, and delicious meals. During our stay in the Dolomite area, we were able to experience an amazing city trip and stay at a hotel that truly provided an excellent experience. the hotel offered top-notch spa facilities, which were extremely relaxing after a day out in the city. the food service was above average and full of flavor and provided great value for the money paid. the location of the hotel was also very convenient and provided easy access to all city attractions.
Unsatisfactory internet connections, unnoticed discrepancies, and high housekeeping charges. Despite the overall enjoyable stay, there were a few negative aspects to the hotel experience.
